This restaurant has several vegan sushi rolls, such as a cucumber roll, asparagus roll, avocado roll, yellow radish roll, futo maki roll (without egg) and a veggie roll (asparagus, cucumber and yellow radish). There is also a special Mexican roll with jalapeno, cucumber and asparagus that can be made vegan by leaving out the yellow tail fish. Additional options include the vegetable tempura with vegan batter, vegetable fried rice (without egg), soba noodles and udon noodles. Meals cost about $10.
